Paper Seashell Owl Craft For Kids To Tackle This Summer

Perfect for teachers, moms, educators, crafters, and anyone else who loves being creative, this simple yet delightful craft uses paper seashell cutouts to bring an owl to life.

Paper Seashell Owl Craft For Kids To Tackle This Summer

Children will have a blast developing their skills by cutting shapes and gluing the pieces together to make this seashell shaped owl come to life!

Craft Supplies:

Directions:

  • First things first – grab our free seashell printable, listed above in the supply list.
  • Next, go ahead and find it on your computer, right click and print the file on a single sheet of white cardstock. One print equals one owl craft.
  • Now that you have the printable, go ahead and color in the seashell design, however you like {I used a light shade of tan for mine.}
  • When done coloring in the seashell piece, use your craft scissors to trim it out from the paper.
  • Discard excess paper.
  • Now grab your remaining cardstock paper and scissors.
  • Cut/punch out large scallop eyes, a triangle nose and heart shaped feet.
  • To finish off your Paper Seashell Owl, glue their cardstock pieces in place, on the seashell design.
  • Use a marker to draw in pupils if need be on the eye cutouts.
  • To finish it off, add the custom elements like lines of glitter glue and sequins.
  • Then allow your piece to dry completely before you display your custom one-of-a-kind seashell owl piece proudly for all to see!
