Painted Seashell Friends – A Creative Craft Idea For Summer!
Inspired by our “soon-to-be-home” in Florida – today’s simple Seashell Friends kid craft idea is PERFECT for lazy summer days and those who have easy access to unlimited shells on the beach {or in my case – cheap shells you find at your local Dollar Tree!}
With just a little colorful paint, some wiggle eyes and tons of imagination – you and your child can make some one-of-a-kind pieces that are perfect as home decor and/or pretend play pieces! Heck – you could even leave them in random pieces around town to bring some unexpected smiles to those who find them {kinda like that super popular kindness rocks and/or rock garden idea!}
So what are you waiting for? Check out the full tutorial below and make some shell-tastic pieces today! I just know you and your child are going to rock it!
Happy crafting my friends!!! Please don’t forget to snap a few pictures of your decorated painted seashell friends, to share with us on our Facebook page or to tag us on Instagram with!
I can’t wait to see how you give each seashell their own look & personality! #gluedtomycrafts
