Cupcake Liner Seahorse - Summer Kid Craft Idea

Make crafting with your kiddos a breeze this weekend with this adorably easy cupcake liner seahorse project! Perfect for any age and skill level, you’ll love seeing the magical creations your little ones come up with.

Craft Supplies:

  • Mini or Large Cupcake Liners
  • Cardstock Paper
  • Glue Stick
  • Small Wiggle Eyes
  • Sharpie Markers

Directions:

  • First take your cupcake liner {one per seahorse} and flatten it out. Typically you can get TWO cupcake liner seahorses on ONE piece of paper.
  • Next have children fold them in half to create the bodies and glue down {in various spots} onto a single sheet of cardstock. This step may take some extra effort but it’s super easy for kids to do.
  • Once the cupcake liners are down, grab your cardstock and scissors.
  • Go ahead and cut out a head, tail and fin to give your seahorse a one-of-a-kind look!
  • To finish off – glue those cardstock pieces in place to complete each seahorse.
  • Then add other embellishments you see fit and display proudly!
