Directions:
- First things first – print out the provided city skyline printable and trim out each shape. Set them aside for now.
- Now grab your various colors of cupcake liners, along with your stapler and the scissors.
- For each “firework” you are going to want TWO large cupcake liners.
- Flatten each set out with your hands and stack them on top of each other.
- Use the stapler to secure them together in the center.
- Next use the scissors to cut a simple fringe around the edge.
- Use your fingers to “fluff” it up and give it even more dimension.
- Repeat until you have about six to eight fireworks for your skyline.
- Once you have all the cupcake liners done, it’s time to start assembling. Grab your gray cardstock paper, glue stick, assembled liners and building cutouts.
- Start off by laying out/planning where you want each firework, as well as the buildings along the bottom.
- Use the glue stick to first secure each cupcake liner set, to the gray cardstock paper.
- To finish the Cupcake Liner Firework Skyline craft, glue the building cutouts in place.
- Add other embellishments you see fit. Then display proudly!!!
- Remember – this craft is also perfect for fourth of July as well!
