Do you have little ones who love football? Then today’s latest handprint football keepsake tutorial is for YOU!
Whether your kids are fans of the NFL, college teams, or even local high school games – this project is a fun way for them to commemorate what they love most and create something meaningful.
With just some basic supplies and a few steps, your family will have lasting memories that can be treasured forever. So let’s get crafting!
With our fun and easy handprint project you can help your child create a beautiful memento that is perfect to remember the football season beyond the fall months!
To complete this craft, the first thing you need to do is print out the provided “football” file on LIGHT BROWN cardstock paper. You need ONE print per keepsake.
Next up, use basic paper scissors to trim out the football outline from the paper. Set aside the cutout for now and discard excess paper.
Now use a pencil to trace FOUR handprint outlines on two different shades of green cardstock paper. Use scissors to trim out the two “handprint grass” from the paper.
Finally, using a glue stick, secure the football and handprint cutouts to a blank sheet of white cardstock paper. You want it to look like the football is IN the grass. I went ahead and also used stickers to add “go team” to pull the theme together but you can leave that off if you choose.
And that’s it! You now have a beautiful and sentimental piece to either display in your home or gift away!
We hope this latest freebie from Glued To My Crafts comes in handy for you! Happy crafting, my friends! #gluedtomycrafts
