Get your little witches ready to create some magic! This fun Witch Moon craft is perfect for getting creative with the kids.
Craft Supplies:
- Large Paper Plate
- Basic Craft Scissors
- Lime Green Craft Paint
- Foam Paint Brush
- Witch Hat Printable – on our landing page
- White Cardstock Paper
- Crayons, Coloring Pencils or Markers
- Stapler
- Green Cardstock Paper
- Large Wiggle Eyes
- School Glue
- Black Sharpie Marker
- Halloween Stickers
Directions:
- First things first – print off the FREE witch hat printable listed above in the supply list.
- Next – color in the hat design however you like and trim it out, with your scissors, when you are done.
- Up next – the paper plate moon. Grab the plate, along with your scissors.
- Cut the paper plate to look like a half moon {use our image as an example.} The best way I can describe it is to cut out a half circle from one side from the paper plate.
- Discard the excess piece from the paper plate.
- Now you are going to paint your paper plate shape. I went with a lime green color but you can of course change that up!
- To finish off the paper plate witch moon craft, simply staple the hat shape from earlier, to the painted paper plate.
- Follow that up by adding on the facial features – like the wiggle eyes, a triangle nose from the green cardstock paper and using the marker to draw on her smile.
- And that’s it! You can either add some more elements {like spider stickers} or go straight to displaying it proudly for ALL to see!
