It's Fall Y'all Handprint Keepsake

Get creative with your kids this fall and make a one-of-a-kind keepsake! Make an adorable handprint art piece with your little ones to capture the sweet memories of the season.

Materials Needed:

  • Fall Y’all Printable – on our landing page
  • White Cardstock Paper
  • Washable Paint
  • Paint Brush
  • Small Paper Plate
  • Baby Wipes/Soap & Water
  • Crayons, Coloring Pencils, Markers etc.

Directions:

  • First grab the fall keepsake printable listed above in the supply list.
  • Now print out the provided autumn keepsake file on a single sheet of white cardstock paper. You only need ONE print per craft.
  • Next grab your choice of color in craft paint, as well as your foam paint brush and paper plate.
  • Squirt the craft paint on the paper plate.
  • Pick one of your child’s hands {left or right – doesn’t matter!}
  • Paint the palm and fingers of your child’s hand completely and press it down in the center of the printable, between the “F” and double “LL” letters. This will complete the catchy fall phrase on the paper.
  • When ready, carefully lift up your child’s hand from the printable and clean off the excess paint with a baby wipe & a quick trip to the sink.
  • Now to wrap up the craft – go ahead and have children color in the various elements on the paper, as well as having them add other embellishments to give it their own personalized look. This will complete their fall themed keepsake piece.
  • Then display/gift away proudly your child’s beautiful handprint fall y’all keepsake piece!
