Here is another idea to capture the moment in time this upcoming Easter season! These are Footprint Carrots and I hope my crafty Easter keepsake idea sparks some creativity in you today!
It’s another easy way to capture those sweet little footprints in time FOREVER! #gluedtomycrafts
THE FOOTPRINT CARROTS CRAFT SUPPLIES:
To recreate your footprint carrots keepsake, you will need some thick cardstock {a shade darker than your paint} orange craft paint, green craft paint, paint brushes and baby wipes.
THE DIRECTIONS:
Simply paint your child’s foot {your choice of which one you paint} completely orange and press it on your cardstock paper. Repeat if desired to make multiple carrots on the same sheet.
Clean off excess paint from foot, with the baby wipes and a quick trip to the bath tub.
Next, take the green craft paint and paint some greenery coming from the “footprint carrot.” A few lines of paint should be good.
Add any other embellishments you see fit.
When done, set it aside to let allow it to dry completely.
Don’t forget to write your child’s name and age somewhere on it, to remember when it was made.
Then display and/or place your child’s footprint carrot keepsake piece in a scrapbook for safe keeping.
