CRAFT SUPPLIES:
- To recreate your footprint carrots keepsake, you will need some thick cardstock paper {a shade darker than your paint} washable orange craft paint, green craft paint, paint brushes and baby wipes. That’s it!
DIRECTIONS:
- To start – simply paint the bottom of your child’s foot {your choice of which one you paint} completely orange and quickly press it down on your cardstock paper. Repeat if desired to make multiple carrots on the same sheet of paper.
- Clean off excess paint from their foot, with the baby wipes and a quick trip to the bath tub.
- Next, take the green craft paint and paint some greenery coming from the “footprint carrot.” A few lines of paint should be good.
- Add any other embellishments you see fit.
- When done, set it aside to let allow it to dry completely.
- Don’t forget to write your child’s name and age somewhere on it, to remember when it was made.
- Then display and/or place your child’s footprint carrot keepsake piece in a scrapbook for safe keeping.
