DIY Paint Brush Santa Ornament Craft Idea
HO HO HO! This has to be the EASIEST five minute craft idea I share on Glued To My Crafts this year! I feel like SANTA right now!
It’s amazing how the unsuspected can turn into something so adorable. I mean – hello? Who would have thought a simple painter’s paint brush could be the start of a Santa ornament? Do you see the vision with the paint bristles being his beard?
On that note, would you believe that I bought that very paint brush at my local Dollar Tree and from there, I pretty much spent ZERO dollars to complete my gorgeous Santa paint brush ornament? I just needed to add some craft paint, a small red sequin, wiggle eyes and my trusty imagination. All three materials {well four if you count my imagination!} were already in my craft stash. So total cost for this Christmas DIY – ONE DOLLAR! Can we scream from the rooftop that this is simply AMAZING?!
So if you looking for something extra special to add to your tree or maybe you have a crafty person in your life that you would love to impress with a creative gift idea this year – may I suggest you keep scrolling to learn more about this paint brush Santa idea? By adding some twine to the pre-drilled hole in the paint brush {hello clever!} you can easily turn this into an ornament or a gift tag that you tie to the lucky receiver’s present. I can’t say it enough – it’s a MUST DO so check out everything you need to know below!
Then when you recreate it {because you will!} come share pictures of your paint brush beauties with us on our Facebook page. I can’t wait to see how you pull off this effortless Santa craft idea!
Happy crafting, my dear friends! #gluedtomycrafts
