These popsicle stick ghost ballerinas are the perfect craft idea for kids this Halloween! They’re easy to make and so cute!

Craft Supplies:

Before you start crafting, gather these materials to ensure the process is smooth and stress-free:

  • Jumbo Popsicle Sticks – 3 per craft
  • Mini Popsicle Sticks – 2 per craft
  • Low Temp Glue Gun
  • White Craft Paint
  • Small Paint Brush
  • Black Tulip Puffy Paint
  • Cupcake Liner
  • Pipe Cleaner
  • Embellishments

Directions:

Follow these easy steps to create your very own popsicle stick ghost ballerina.

  • Start by heating up your glue gun and getting it ready to use.
  • Build the base for your by gluing THREE jumbo popsicle sticks side by side, then securing them with TWO mini popsicle sticks placed horizontally across the back, creating a fence-like structure. ghost friend
  • Set the base aside to dry completely. Repeat this step for each you plan to make. ghostly ballerina friend
  • Once the base is dry, paint the entire popsicle stick structure white using craft paint.
  • Use black puffy paint to draw on your ghost’s face, adding as much personality as you like. Set it aside again to let the paint dry completely.
  • Take a cupcake liner, fold it in half, and use it as a tutu for your ballerina ghost.
  • Attach the cupcake liner to the painted popsicle stick base with glue, positioning it as the ghost’s dress.
  • Next, create arms by bending a silver pipe cleaner into shape and gluing it to the back of your ghost.
  • Feel free to add any extra embellishments to make your ghost unique!
  • Finally, allow everything to dry completely before proudly showing off your adorable ghost ballerinas!
