On that note – if you’ve got it, haunt it! For this art project all you need is jumbo popsicle sticks, white craft paint, cardstock paper, school glue and a cupcake liner for a tutu. Super easy materials to make some dancing Halloween ghosts today! That’s the SPIRIT on Glued To My Crafts!

Popsicle Stick Ghost Ballerina Popsicle Stick Ghost Ballerina

These popsicle stick ghost ballerinas are the perfect craft idea for kids this Halloween! They’re easy to make and so cute!

Craft Supplies:

  • Jumbo Popsicle Sticks
  • Mini Popsicle Sticks
  • Low Temp Glue Gun
  • White Craft Paint
  • Small Paint Brush
  • Black Tulip Puffy Paint
  • Cupcake Liner
  • Pipe Cleaner
  • Embellishments

Directions:

  • First get the glue gun hot and ready!
  • Assemble the base of your ghost friend by gluing THREE jumbo popsicle sticks and TWO mini popsicle sticks together to look like a fence {3 next to each other and the mini popsicle sticks across}
  • Set aside to let it dry completely. Repeat for each ghostly ballerina friend you want to make today.
  • When dry enough, go ahead and paint your newly made popsicle stick shape completely white with the craft paint.
  • Go ahead and also draw on the facial embellishments with the black puffy paint.
  • When done, set it aside to allow the paint to dry.
  • Go ahead and take the cupcake liner & fold it in half for the ballerina tutu.
  • When ready, glue the cupcake liner dress to the painted popsicle stick shape from earlier.
  • Finally – take your silver pipe cleaner and fold it to make arms for your ghost.
  • Go ahead and glue that to the back of the decorated popsicle stick shape.
  • Add any other embellishments you see fit.
  • Then let it dry completely before displaying proudly!!!
