At Glued To My Craft we are hoping to get YOUR little ones involved in sending some happy mail to friends and family far away! We are so proud to be presenting our latest and greatest Thumbprint Flower Cards kid craft idea today!
These kid-made flower cards are super simple to make and sure to be loved by the lucky receivers. All you need is cardstock paper, markers and brightly colored ink pads to make it happen. We are talking very basic supplies you probably have on hand already and less than ten minutes from start to finish, to pull together these handmade flower cards. Then mail away for spring, Mother’s Day or just because!!!

Thumbprint Flower Craft Supplies:
* Various Colored Washable Ink Pads {our personal favorites on Amazon}
* Cardstock/Cardstock Cards
* Basic Craft Scissors
* Glue Stick
* Sharpie Markers {on Amazon}
* Baby Wipes
optional – scrapbook stickers, glitter, rhinestones
Directions:
* Use my pictures above for examples.
* First make your cardstock cards and another smaller piece of paper to put on the front of it.
* When ready, open your ink pads and make several thumbprints on the white cardstock.
* Use the baby wipes to remove excess ink from fingers.
* Follow that up by using the Sharpie markers to draw on various embellishments to give the thumbprints the look of flowers.
* Add any other embellishments you see fit.
* Then sign your card and mail away!
