This sweet owl handprint craft is the perfect way to capture your child’s love! It makes a great Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day gift.
Craft Supplies:
- Owl Printable – on our landing page
- White Cardstock Paper
- Washable Craft Paint
- Large Foam Paint Brush
- Heart Stickers
- Cardstock Paper
- Paper Punches
- Scissors
- Glue Stick
- Small Paper Plate
- Baby Wipes
Directions:
- First grab the tree branch printable listed above in the supply list.
- Print it out in color on a single sheet of white cardstock paper {or any color you like!}
- Grab your craft paint. Paint your child’s hand completely and press it in the center of the printable on the tree branch.
- Now grab some cardstock and start adding embellishments to give the handprint the look of an owl. I did some scallop paper punches and wiggle eyes but you are more than welcome to do whatever you like on this part!
- Once done, set aside to let it dry completely.
- Add other embellishments you see fit, as well as having children sign the bottom.
- Then display/gift proudly!
