Wood Clothespin Leaf Fairies

Get inspired with this fun and easy wood clothespin leaf fairy craft! Perfect for kid’s aged 5-10, this creative fall craft is a great way to keep them busy during the holidays or any other time of year.

Craft Supplies:

  • Wooden Clothespins – 1 per craft
  • Plastic Leaves
  • School Glue
  • Paint Pens
  • Embellishments

Directions:

  • First have children grab the paint pens and draw on a face, hair and dress portion on the clothespin. I also painted on some ballerina slippers towards the bottom to complete my fairy look.
  • At this point, children can also add even more embellishments {like small stickers, glitter, rhinestones} that they see fit to really make it their own.
  • Remember – you can also add some long yarn or cardstock hair to the back as well!
  • To finish off the Clothespin Leaf Fairies – glue on a plastic decor leaf to the back of the clothespin to give the look of wings.
  • Once finished, let it dry completely and display proudly!
