Let’s get creative! Your kids will love bringing their own dinosaurs to life with this fun popsicle stick craft idea!
Craft Supplies:
- Jumbo Popsicle Sticks
- School Glue
- Green Construction Paper
- Yellow Construction Paper
- Green Craft Paint
- Foam Paint Brush
- Small Paper Plate
- Craft Scissors
- Black Sharpie Marker
Directions:
- First grab three popsicle sticks {three per dinosaur} and glue them together to look like a triangle.
- Set aside to let it dry completely. Repeat for each dinosaur you want to make today.
- While those are drying, grab your green cardstock and cut a triangular shape that will be placed within the popsicle stick design and be body of the dinosaur.
- At this time, you should also cut out some other dinosaur features like a long neck, short feet and pointy spikes.
- To finish off the Popsicle Stick Dinosaur – have children paint their popsicle stick design completely green, as well as gluing the paper pieces in place.
- Once done, set aside to let it dry completely before displaying proudly!
