Not only is today’s creamy smoothie recipe extra delicious to enjoy ANY DAY of the year but it’s also has some hints of cinnamon and pumpkin that will get you dreaming of fall in no time! It’s currently my guilty pleasure!!!
Best part? It doesn’t involve anything special, other than a really good blender and some simple “not bad for you” ingredients – just how we like it around here on our website!

Banana Pumpkin Smoothie Ingredients:
* 2 frozen bananas
* 1 cup cold milk
* 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree {not pumpkin pie mix}
* 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
* optional – whipped cream and more spice for on top!
Directions:
* Throw ALL ingredients listed above in your blender {expect the whipped cream!}
* Blend away until well mixed and smooth.
* Now are you ready to pour the mixture into your favorite glass.
* Go ahead and top it off with some whipped cream, extra pumpkin spice and enjoy with a pretty straw!
* Repeat over and over again because it’s a real winner!
