Cupcake Liner Bees - Valentine's Day Craft Tutorial For Kids

Yellow Bee Craft Made Out of Cupcake Liner

I’ve been so inspired by all the cupcake liner kid crafts on Pinterest lately, that I decided to take a crack at one myself. Drum roll please! Here is my take at a Cupcake Liner Bees kid craft tutorial!

Whether you just want to display your masterpiece on the fridge or turn it into a sweet card for Valentine’s Day, this adorable kid friendly DIY is super easy, fun for all ages and really inexpensive too! It’s sure to keep them BUSY too!

So what are you waiting for? If you have some extra yellow colored cupcake liners laying around, be sure to grab them and create this BEE-TASTIC cupcake liner bumblebee craft with your child today! You won’t regret it and you will have an awesome piece to give away {and spread some joy with!}

Cupcake Liner Bees {Kid Craft}

These adorable little bees are a perfect craft for kids! They’re easy to make and fun to display in your home!

Craft Supplies:

  • Large, Yellow Cupcake Liners
  • Cardstock Paper
  • Kid Friendly Scissors
  • Glue Stick
  • Black Sharpie Marker
  • Embellishments

Directions:

  • First take out ONE yellow cupcake liner {depending on the size, you only need ONE cupcake liner per bee craft}
  • Go ahead an flatten it with your fingers.
  • Now glue it to the center of a single sheet of cardstock paper. This may take some extra effort but it’s super easy!
  • Once the cupcake liner is down, grab your black cardstock and scissors. Cut out a head, stripes and stinger for your bee.
  • Glue those your cupcake liner paper piece.
  • To finish, draw on antennas with the black Sharpie marker and if desired, add red paper hearts all over the paper piece, as well.
  • Then display proudly or gift it away to someone special!
