If Grandparents Were Flowers I Would Pick You Flower Card Craft

Learn how to make a fingerprint flower card with this simple art project. Kids will love getting messy while creating a unique and colorful card for Grandparent’s Day! It’s easy, engaging, and memorable for both kids and their beloved grandparents.

To recreate this fingerprint flower art project, all you need to do is print out the provided “if grandparents were flowers” file on white cardstock paper.

Go ahead and have children color in the flower leaves and pot in the design.

Next up – open up your washable craft paint tubs. Have children dip their index finger in the paint and then on the paper, to create a fingerprint flower petal. Have them repeat this simple step, four times, for EACH flower on the printed paper. When they are done, help them wash off the excess paint from their fingers.

The final step is to add some rhinestone centers to complete the flowers.
