Get your kids in the Halloween spirit with this superhero-themed pumpkin craft! It’ll be a fun way for them to unleash their inner hero this spooky season!

To complete this “superhero jack-o-lantern pumpkin” craft, the first thing you need to do is print our provided file, on a single sheet of WHITE cardstock paper. This will give you THREE masks to choose from and use for your crafting needs.

Next up, help young children decorate their LARGE paper plate to look like a pumpkin. This can be done with orange paint or even orange tissue paper – the choice is theirs.

Now it’s time for the “carving” of the craft. Color in one of the mask designs in from your printed printable and trim it out with scissors. Glue it to the center of the decorated paper plate.

Finish off the pumpkin superhero craft by adding a stem, pipe cleaner greenery and facial elements. Finally add a paper “cape” glued on to the back to finish off the theme.

And that’s it! Children can of course add any other embellishments they see fit and then they will have an awesome piece to show off all season long!
