Handprint Pizza Keepsake Craft

With some simple materials from around the house you can create a beautiful memento that everyone who receives it, is sure to cherish. Now let’s roll up our sleeves – it’s time to get crafting!

To complete this craft, all you need to do is print out the “not to sound cheesy” file on white cardstock paper. You only need ONE print per pizza craft.

Next up – color in the pizza slice design with crayons.

Now add your child’s YELLOW painted handprint {any hand – right in the center} on the paper. Finally, add some heart shaped stickers for the “pepperoni” all over the pizza slice design, as well as any other embellishments to give it that customized look.

Handprint Pizza Keepsake Craft

With some simple materials from around the house you can create a beautiful memento that everyone who receives it, is sure to cherish.

  • Color Printer
  • Crayons, Markers or Coloring Pencils
  • 1 Paint Brush
  • 1 Paper Plate
  • Baby Wipes
  • White Cardstock Paper
  • VALENTINE'S DAY PRINTABLE - LANDING PAGE
  • Washable Craft Paint any color
  • Embellishments

Instructions
 

  • First print out our provided printable, in color, on a single sheet of white cardstock paper. You only need one print per craft.
  • Use crayons, markers or coloring pencils to color in the pizza design.
  • Next, grab your craft paint and paper plate.
  • Squirt some paint on the paper plate.
  • Pick a hand - any hand! Paint the palm of your child's hand completely and press it down, in the center of the printable/pizza slice.
  • Carefully lift up their hand to reveal the handprint design underneath.
  • Now clean off your child's hand with baby wipes and a trip to the sink.
  • When ready to finish the craft, if desired, add heart stickers for the "pepperoni" in the craft.
  • Add other embellishments you see fit, as well as having children sign the bottom, along with their age.
  • Set aside to let it dry completely.
  • Then display/gift away proudly!
