Popsicle Stick Panda Bear

This easy kids craft is perfect for a rainy day. All you need are some popsicle sticks, paint, and googly eyes. Let your child’s imagination run wild as they create their very own panda bear friend. And don’t forget to add the bamboo!

My favorite part of this panda bear inspired kids craft idea is the fact that these craft stick and paper creations are holding a small stick of bamboo in their clothespin "hands."

Popsicle Stick Panda Bear Puppet

Hi friends! Welcome to another first-seen-here craft idea on Glued To My Crafts, where we take a basic rectangle shape made from popsicle sticks and turn it into a fun puppet shape. This time we are focusing on the adorable PANDA BEAR and I hope you love our new craft idea as much as we do!

My favorite part of this panda bear inspired kids craft idea is the fact that these craft stick and paper creations are holding a small stick of bamboo in their clothespin “hands.”

When I first starting “doodling” out this idea on my IPad, I wanted this craft idea to give the illusion that the panda bear was eating it. Hopefully I did a good job of hitting that thought process straight on! Do you see my vision?

If you do see my vision and are ready to tackle this super easy bear craft with your little bear today, you can find all the crafty details below, so you can recreate it with your child today. I highly encourage you to think outside the box while you are recreating yours and maybe change up what your popsicle stick panda bear is “holding” in their paws. You could easily place a small flat candy piece in the center or maybe even a small note for someone to read. So many possibilities on this one! I hope you run with it!

Just one last note – I highly suggest this panda craft for the older children in your home since a glue gun is involved. Other than that – this black and white bear tutorial is super easy, just like ALL the tutorials you can find on Glued To My Crafts right now!

Happy crafting, my friends! Please don’t forget to share pictures of your bamboo holding panda bear pieces with us! Find us on Facebook or use our branded hashtag #gluedtomycrafts for us to see!
