Directions:

  • First things first – add the provided toast file {up above in the supply list} onto your computer.
  • Find it in your downloads file and right click it, so you can print it out on white cardstock. You only need ONE print per toast craft.
  • Now that you have the printed design, go ahead and grab your choice of coloring utensil. I went with crayons.
  • Go ahead and color in your “toast” design however you like. I went with dark brown on the outer and a light shading of yellow in the center.

  • Discard excess white cardstock paper.
  • Now grab your gold glitter paper and scrapbook paper.
  • Cut out a small square piece of “butter” from the gold glitter paper.
  • Cut out a simple triangle party hat shape from the scrapbook paper.
  • Grab your choice of glue.
  • Secure the party hat on top of the toast, while the “butter” will go in the center as his nose.
  • Finish off the “toast to a new year” paper craft by drawing on dotted eyes and squiggle mouth with the black Sharpie marker.
