Broccoli Stamped Christmas Tree – Holiday Kid Craft Idea
Today I’m sharing another outside-the-box stamping kid craft idea that is made with BROCCOLI! Yes, you read that right – FRESH, RAW BROCCOLI that we are using as a paint brush!! Say what?!
After realizing how much people loved our fall tree version {seriously – it went VIRAL on Facebook last month} I’m super excited to continue the fun on Glued To My Crafts with a new and improved CHRISTMAS TREE VERSION! There’s even a NEW printable in this tutorial, that will get you started with ease.
So on that note, I want YOU to celebrate this festive time of year with today’s Broccoli Stamped Christmas Tree – Kid Craft tutorial! Just like using a traditional craft sponge, a simple piece of fresh broccoli can be easily turned into a stamp that makes for great “pine needle” texture on a blank tree template!
Today’s creative painting technique is not only super simple for kids of all ages BUT it’s also really inexpensive too {especially if you have a few pieces of broccoli to spare from your holiday dinner plans!} I’ve provided the basic framework, it’s your turn to run with it!
So what are you waiting for? Put broccoli on your shopping list and craft this beauty up with your kids in honor of Christmas! I’m sure you will want to join in on the fun as well!
Happy crafting and creating beautiful artwork pieces with your child, my friend! Don’t forget to share a few pictures of your Christmas broccoli stamped art projects on our Facebook page! Can’t wait to see your beautiful Christmas trees painted with broccoli and craft paint! #gluedtomycrafts
