Recycle old grocery store flyers into craft time with our Mixed Media Farm Truck idea! #gluedtomycrafts
Do you get those “pesky” grocery store flyers in your mailbox every week?
Are you tired of just “throwing” them away when you KNOW you can do better with them?
Well…. Glued To My Crafts has taken on the “crafty” challenge and we are sharing a CLEVER way to recycle those flyers & beat the boredom blues at the same time! Plus since the store flyers are technically “FREE” it’s a really inexpensive craft, too!
With our FREE owl themed “farmer” printable {found below} your child can “pack” their farm truck with ANY type of veggie/fruit they like AND have a beautiful & fun “mixed media” piece to show off afterwards!
It’s just a matter of downloading the FREE farm truck file, printing it in color on simple white paper and having them “shop” through the flyers for the perfect produce to put in their wagon.
To complete this craft, all you need is paper, glue and scissors – hello inexpensive!!! Plus you can throw in some learning challenges along the way, like “only pick the red fruit” or “only pick the sweet stuff.” The possibilities are endless!
So don’t delay – make it today!!! Happy crafting, my friends! #gluedtomycraftsinspiresyou
