Popsicle Stick Macaroon Friends

Come check out our tutorial and recreate these pastry friends today! These popsicle stick macaroons are the perfect kid craft idea. They’re easy to make and so much fun for kids of all ages.

Popsicle Stick Macaroon Friends - Kid Craft

These popsicle stick macaroons are the sweetest kid craft idea ever. They’re perfect for a party or just to keep the little ones entertained. With a few simple supplies, you can make these adorable treats in no time at all. So get creative and have some fun with your kids today!

You guys! I was walking through Michaels today {shocker} trying to come up with clever new tutorials for Glued To My Crafts, when I stumbled upon some adorable macaroon planner stickers.

After thinking it over {and nearly buying them all} I came to the conclusion that I needed to craft something up ASAP in honor of my sweet and non-fattening find!

After debating and searching through my crafty rolodex brain, right there in the store, I through “hey – these are like my popular Popsicle Stick Smores.” Why not “reinvent the wheel” and go from there!

Now let’s fast forward a bit. I then came home and WAM BAM fifteen minutes later, here we are now! Welcome to my latest Popsicle Stick Macaroon Friends kid craft tutorial!

These smiling “friends” are very similar to the previous {and super viral} smores craft you will find from us but this idea is in fun colors instead!

You can of course change up these materials, the style and colors to reflect YOU, just like all the delicious macaroons you can find in restaurants, bakeries and cafes!

My favorite part of this DIY? Since we used pre-colored popsicle sticks, we skipped the mess of messy dry time, which meant more time for craft time! So just as fun as the real thing, you can make them in ALL the colors you like with ease!!! No pastry degree required!!!

Happy crafting, my friends!!! Please don’t forget to share pictures of your beautiful {and extra sweet} popsicle stick macaroon creations, on our Facebook page to admire from a far today! I can’t wait to see what colors you choose for your craft stick pastry friends! #gluedtomycrafts
