Are you looking for a fun and creative craft idea to do with your kids? Look no further than this adorable wood clothespin fox craft! With just a few simple materials, you and your little ones can create a cute and customizable fox that will bring a touch of whimsy to any space.

Wood Clothespin Fox Puppets - Kid Craft

Whether you’re keeping the kids entertained on a rainy day or looking for a fun art project for a playdate, this craft is sure to be a hit.

So gather up your supplies and get ready to unleash your creativity with this delightful wood clothespin fox craft idea!

Craft Supplies:

  • Wooden Clothespins – 1 per craft
  • Craft Paint
  • Paint Brushes
  • Small Paper Plate
  • Cardstock Paper
  • Scissors
  • School Glue
  • Small Wiggle Eyes
  • Black Marker

Directions:

  • First have children color their clothespin {one per fox} completely.
  • When done painting the clothespin, set it aside to let it dry completely.
  • Next up, grab your matching colored cardstock paper and scissors.
  • Cut out a small triangular head, two ears and curvy tail for the fox.
  • Now go ahead and glue your cardstock head/ears to the clothespin. The head will go on the front, while the tail on the back.
  • Finish off the Wood Clothespin Fox Puppet by gluing on the wiggle eyes to the cardstock head and draw on a nose with the black marker.
  • Then add some white paint to the tail and head, before setting aside to let it dry completely.
  • When ready, display/play with it proudly!
