Handprint Boat Keepsake Supplies:
* Large Blank Canvas
* Various Colors of Craft Paint {primarily brown is what you need}
* Paint Brushes
* Paper Plate
* Baby Wipes
optional – scrapbook stickers/glitter/rhinestones etc.
Directions:
Between each step – be sure to let the paint dry completely so your colors don’t bleed together.
* First paint one of your child’s hands completely brown and press it down on the canvas. This will be the body of the boat. Remove remaining paint from your child’s hand with a baby wipe {or several – then wash at the sink with soap & water}
* Next paint on the embellishments to turn the handprint into a boat. Think large sails, circular windows etc.
* To finish off the Handprint Boat Canvas – simply paint on an ocean embellishments around the canvas. Also add other embellishments you see fit {like scrapbook stickers, glitter etc}
* Then display proudly or gift away!
