Craft Supplies:
- SLEIGH PRINTABLE ON BOX.COM
- Color Printer
- Brown Cardstock Paper
- White Cardstock Paper
- Black Cardstock Paper
- Pencil
- Orange Marker
- Black Marker
- Craft Scissors
- Glue Stick, Tape Runner or Handheld Stapler
- Embellishments
Instructions:
- First things first, grab the free “Christmas sleigh” file {listed above in the supply list} and print it out on BROWN cardstock paper.
- Now trim out the sleigh piece from the printable and discard the excess paper.
- Next up – grab your white cardstock paper and pencil.
- Pick a hand – any hand will do!
- Trace your child’s hand on the paper.
- When done tracing, trim it out.
- Finally – decorate each fingertip to look like a snowman. I added a face with the markers and then black cardstock hats for each.
- You now have all your pieces and it’s time to start assembling! Grab your choice of adhesive and your decorated handprint cutout.
- Glue the snowmen “IN” the sleigh by gluing it to the back of the sleigh piece.
- To finish off your Paper Santa’s Sleigh Keepsake, add some embellishments like a small bow & wreath sticker to the front of the sleigh.
- Then display your handprint snowmen piece proudly, for ALL to see!!
- Remember – you can also hole punch a hole and turn it into a quick ornament or gift tag as well!
