Craft Supplies:
Before you begin, gather all the necessary materials. You’ll need:
- PUMPKIN PRINTABLE – on our landing page
- Cardstock Paper {white}
- Orange Construction Paper
- Green Construction Paper
- Crayons
- School Glue or Glue Stick
- Scissors
- Googly Eyes
- Embellishments
Having everything ready before you start will make the crafting process smoother and more enjoyable for everyone involved.
Directions:
- First download and print the FREE cutest pumpkin in the patch template listed above, on a single piece of cardstock paper. You will need to print ONE for each craft you want to do with your child.
- Have kids use crayons to color in the “stem” portion of the pumpkin design.
- Now help your child cut/tear their sheet of orange paper into small pieces.
- Next grab the school glue and put a good amount of glue on the pumpkin design in the printable.
- Have children place their paper pieces on top of the glue {adding more if needed} until it’s is completely covered.
- The final step is to add a green handprint cutout {greenery} and googly eyes to finish off the jack-o face.
- Once done decorating, set aside to let it all dry completely before displaying/gifting your child’s adorable pumpkin proudly!
