Torn Paper This Little Monster Loves You Craft

Halloween isn’t just about trick-or-treating and spooky decorations. It’s also a fantastic time to get creative and share some love—monster love, that is!

Craft a torn paper monster card with your child using just a few simple supplies. Get the free monster template and let the creativity soar!

Craft Supplies:

Creating your torn paper monster card doesn’t require a long list of supplies. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • MONSTER PRINTABLE {on our landing page}
  • Cardstock Paper {any color}
  • Colored Computer Paper
  • School Glue
  • Googly Eyes
  • Small Craft Jewels

These materials are easy to find and likely already available in your home. If not, a quick trip to a craft store will set you up nicely.

Directions:

  • First download and print the FREE this little monster card template listed above, on a single piece of cardstock paper. You will need to print ONE for each craft you want to do with your child.
  • Now help your child cut/tear their second sheet of paper into small pieces.
  • Next grab the school glue and put a good amount of glue ALL over the inside of the monster design on the printable.
  • Have children place their paper pieces on top of the glue {adding more if needed} until the body is completely covered.
  • The final step is to add the googly eyes and a jeweled nose to the center to finish off the monster’s face.
  • Once done decorating, set aside to let it all dry completely before displaying/gifting proudly!
