Today’s Kid Made Mother’s Day Card Idea is the perfect excuse to get the craft supplies out and make an adorable {edible} card for mom on the upcoming holiday!
I’ve made it easy for my lovely readers! Below you will find a simple “Blowing Sweet Kiss Your Way” printable that I designed just for you. From here, all you need to do is print our provided free file, add your child’s handprint and finish it off with a chocolate “kiss” attached to the center, to tie it all together. Without a doubt – it’s super simple to recreate!

Sweet Kisses Your Way Craft Supplies:
* Free “Kisses For Mommy” Template Printable {download HERE}
* White Cardstock
* Color Printer
* Craft Paint or Colorful Ink Pad {I LOVE this Ink Pad}
* Paint Brushes
* Paper Plate
* Baby Wipes
* Red Construction Paper
* Paper Craft Scissors
* Large Glue Dots
* Hershey Kisses or other Small Wrapped Chocolate
optional – embellishments like glitter, rhinestones etc.
Directions:
* First download the Free Kisses For Mommy Themed Printable.
* Print it in color on a simple sheet of white cardstock. You only need to print ONE per craft. Please only use our file for personal use.
* Next, grab your choice of color in craft paint or an ink pad.
* Paint your child’s hand completely and press it on the printable, right next to the box with the poem.
* Set aside to let it dry a bit.
* Remove excess paint from hands with baby wipes and a quick trip to the sink.
* Now grab your red cardstock, wrapped chocolate kiss, scissors and glue dots.
* Cut out a simple small heart shape from the cardstock.
* Attach that piece to the center of the handprint you made earlier.
* Follow that up by using a glue dot {or two} to attach the Hershey Kiss to the center of handprint.
* Add other embellishments to give your chocolate kiss card piece for a personalized look.
* Then display and/or gift away your handmade kiss gift to someone proudly!
