You can make handmade unicorn cup party favor holders for your birthday party, Valentine’s Day event or classroom needs with no hassle or fancy tools!
We’ll show you how! #gluedtomycrafts
Building off my crafty and creative Terra Cotta Pot Unicorn post from the other day, here is our paper cup unicorn version! And just like before, it’s as easy as 1-2-3!!!
Using the same concept of using a white “cup” base, you too can recreate these DIY Unicorn Cup Party Favor Holders within minutes.
This idea would be MUCH CHEAPER than the terra cotta pot version and easily disposable afterwards as well. With the lightweight concept and using Dollar Tree as your trusty supply resource {hello inexpensive!} you really have no excuse not to make them today!
So what are you waiting for?! Let’s make it a “magical crafternoon” out of it and make these creative unicorn pieces today!
Happy crafting, my friends!! Please don’t forget to give us a follow on Facebook, so you never miss a new tutorial post from us! #gluedtomycrafts
Unicorn Paper Cup Party Favor Holder Supplies:
* White Paper Cups {any size or brand}
* Colored Cardstock Paper
* Scissors/Flower Paper Punch
* Glue Dots
* Small Rhinetones
* Gold Craft Foam or Paper
* Black Sharpie Marker
* Tissue Paper and Sweet Treats/Party Favors
Directions:
* First things first – draw on your unicorn face with the black Sharpie marker in the center of the cup. It doesn’t need to be elaborate – just some pretty eyelashes and two dots for the nose. Repeat for each unicorn.
* Now take your gold craft foam or paper. Cut out a triangular horn for the unicorns.
* Grab your remaining cardstock and cut out or use a paper punch for the flowers.
* Using glue dots, attach your golden horns and paper flowers to the rim each cup. This will give the appearance of the unicorn’s mane and ironic look.
* Add rhinestones to the flowers to make it all pop and sparkle!
* To finish off the Unicorn Paper Cups – stuff with pretty tissue paper and your sweet treats. Then gift away! Easy peasy!!!
