Craft Supplies:
- Free Princess Dress Printable {Grab the FREE FILE on box.com}
- White Cardstock Paper
- Color Printer
- Washable Craft Paint {any color you like!}
- Foam Paint Brush
- Markers {any color you like!}
- Small Paper Plate
- Baby Wipes
- optional – embellishments like glue, glitter, rhinestones etc.
Directions:
- First grab the Princess Dress freebie printable file that is listed above.
- Print it out, in color, on a single sheet of white cardstock {or any color you like!} You only need one print per keepsake craft.
- Next up – grab your washable craft paint and the paper plate.
- Squirt some paint on the paper plate.
- Pick a hand – any hand!
- Paint your child’s hand completely and press it in the center of the printable, under the dress top. If desired, add one more painted handprint on the paper, to really give the dress design some flair.
- When done with the handprint step, use the baby wipes to remove excess paint from their hands {and send them to the sink for a quick wash up as well!}
- When ready to finish the princess dress craft, grab your markers and color in the top of the dress in the printable. At this point in time, you can also add the glitter and sequins.
- Set aside to let it dry completely.
- Add other embellishments you see fit, as well as having children sign the bottom.
- Then display/gift proudly!
