Chilling But Super Easy Clothespin Vampire Puppet Craft Idea

Today’s Clothespin Vampires Kid Craft idea is fun for all “spooky” ages and is simply made out of a flat clothespin, black cardstock and a lot of imagination.
They are not too scary {especially for the little ones} nor too hard to pull together. No blood or fangs needed!!! They are simply perfect to make in honor for the upcoming spooky holiday AND double as fun pretend play pieces too!

Vampire Puppet Craft Supplies:
* Wooden Flat Clothespins – one per vampire craft
* White Craft Paint
* Black Craft Paint
* Small Paper Plate
* Small Paint Brush
* Silver {or Black} Cardstock Paper
* Red Colored Cardstock Paper
* Craft Scissors
* School Glue
* Thin-Tipped Black Sharpie Marker
* Thin-Tipped Red Sharpie Marker
optional – rhinestones, glitter, glitter glue for a one-of-a-kind look!
Directions:
* First squirt your new shades of craft paint on the paper plate.
* Grab your flat clothespin and envision of the body of the vampire.
* Paint the top portion of the clothespin white {for the face} and the bottom area black for his body.
* When done painting, set it aside to allow it to dry completely.
* While those are drying, grab your sheets of cardstock paper.
* Cut out a silver {or black} cape, as well as a red portion for that iconic vampire look.
* When the clothespin is dry enough, go ahead and glue your paper pieces to the back of the decorated clothespin
* Next up – grab the Sharpie markers and draw on a eyes, hair and fangs on the clothespin.
* At this point, children can also add even more embellishments {like scrapbook stickers, glitter, rhinestones} that they see fit to really make it their own “blood sucking” look.
* Once your Clothespin Vampires look how you like, let them dry completely and display/play with proudly afterwards!
