Candy Flower Bouquet Idea w/Snickers Bars

You’re not YOU when you’re hungry and today’s SNICKERS® themed gift idea is here to help!!!

Have you ever had a time when you realized that you were hungry…. and grumpy? Not feeling like yourself? A little out of sorts? Are you nodding your head? Of course you are! So if you know the feeling, you probably know someone who feels the exact same way.

Maybe a new mom, someone who just started a new job or maybe even someone close to you like your significant other or just a really good friend. We ALL have been there so we ALL can relate.

On a personal note, my husband has been going ABOVE and BEYOND lately. Yes – he does this every day but lately I know it’s been wearing thin on him. Military life has its perks but it comes with some crumby details along the way.

Because of everything going on, I wanted to cheer him up and really make his day with a special “delivery” of my own. Flowers are nice BUT chocolate is even better {can I get an AMEN?!} Put it together in a bouquet with a clever card and you have yourself the PERFECT pick-me-up candy bar bouquet gift that ANYONE will LOVE!

If you are feeling like cheering someone up today – check out my full tutorial below to see how YOU can easily make this packed with roasted peanuts, nougat, caramel and milk chocolate SNICKERS® candy bar bouquet, as well as snagging the FREE card printable that is sure to really top off the gesture!

Happy crafting {and gifting} my friends! Don’t forget to share pictures of your finished candy bouquet with Snickers candy, by tagging us on Instagram when you are done! #gluedtomycrafts

Directions:

  • First you will have to assemble your “SNICKERS®” flowers. This is done by taping a wooden dowel to the back of each candy bar.
  • Once you have all your “flowers” done, it’s time to assemble your bouquet!
  • Place some Styrofoam in your vase, along with some tissue paper and decorative rocks to make sure the candy bouquet doesn’t topple over.
  • Now take each finished wooden dowel and stick it in the vase/styrofoam.
  • Keep sticking in the dowels until your arrangement looks how you like it {if the vase starts to tip over because of the weight of the candy bars, simply place some rocks or decorative vase beads inside the jar to give it some weight on the bottom}
  • To finish off the SNICKERS® Bouquet, tie some ribbon/twine around the vase and print/assemble the free card printable to include with your gift.
  • Then write a sweet message inside the card and gift away!

Modify as Needed - Feel free to adapt materials or steps to meet your child's abilities and safety needs. For example, substitute scissors with safety scissors if necessary. Keep an Eye on Allergies - Be mindful of potential allergens in craft materials like glue, paint, or certain fabrics. Opt for non-toxic and hypoallergenic options whenever possible.
