Puffy Paint Shamrock Craft Supplies:
* White Shaving Cream {the cheaper the better!}
* White School Glue
* Food Coloring {I used a mixture of blue & yellow to get a light green}
* Loose Craft Glitter
* Paint Brush
* Small Bowl
* Shamrock Printable {download HERE}
* White Cardstock
* Color Printer
Directions:
* First download and print the shamrock template printable {or draw your own design on some cardstock}
* In a small bowl, mix equal parts of shaving cream with white school glue. This will create a sticky frosting consistency.
* Next, add your food coloring to get the desired color. I added a few drops of blue & yellow to get a light green color. Please keep in mind, that once the mixture dries, it will be a darker shade.
* Once you have the consistency/color you like – have your child use a paint brush to fill in the shamrock with the “frosting.”
* To finish your clover design, sprinkle some glitter on top of the glue mixture and set aside to let it dry completely.
* Once completely dry, add other embellishments that you like or go to displaying proudly! {since my son got a bit out of the lines, I went ahead and took a Sharpie to outline the design}
