Halloween Popcorn Card Craft Idea For Kids

Craft Supplies:

Gather these materials before you begin your Halloween card mission.

  • Halloween Popcorn Card Printable – on box.com
  • Cardstock Paper
  • Crayons, Markers or Coloring Pencils
  • Large, White Cotton Balls
  • School Glue
  • Yellow Puffy Craft Paint
  • Halloween Stickers/Small Wiggle Eyes

Directions:

Follow these steps to bring your creepy corn creation to life!

  • First download and print the free template listed above in the supply list. Print it out on your choice of colored cardstock. You only need ONE print per popcorn craft.
  • Use your choice of coloring material to color in the popcorn box with Halloween colors.
  • Next up – put a good amount of glue in the white area above the popcorn bag, in the printable.
  • Have children place their cotton balls AKA spooky ghost popcorn on top of the glue, until it’s completely covered and the box looks “full.”
  • To finish the Cotton Ball Halloween Popcorn craft, have children paint some “butter” on top of the cotton balls, as well as adding wiggle eyes & small Halloween stickers to bring the “spook” to life!
  • Then let it all dry completely before displaying proudly!
