Directions:
- First things first – cut out the center of your large paper plate, leaving a ring for the wreath.
- Discard the center of the paper plate.
- Now we are ready for the handprint feathers. Grab your various sheets of colored cardstock paper, as well as a pencil.
- Trace your child’s hand six to eight times on the sheets.
- Trim out each handprint design.
- Use a brown marker to draw details on the cutouts, to give them the look of turkey feathers.
- Now we are ready to start assembling. Start laying/layering the handprint cutouts around the paper plate rim.
- Staple those in place.
- To finish off the handprint feather wreath craft, staple one of the turkey cutouts {from our provided printable} to the front of the decorated plate.
- If desired, add a small looped piece to the back for easy hanging.
- Then display it proudly for ALL to see!
