Leprechaun Legs Stuck In A Pot of Gold Craft

Wanna catch a Leprechaun with your child? Well you are in LUCK because I have the SIMPLEST St. Patrick’s Day craft for you all today!! Just download, print and add stick legs to bring it to life!

Get the kids laughing with today’s Popsicle Stick and Paper Leprechaun Stuck In A Pot of Gold kid craft idea {boy that is mouth full! but I swear the directions are not}

Using our FREE printable template and some inexpensive wood craft sticks to make legs for the leprechaun – you too can recreate this easy kid craft activity in no time!

Leprechaun Stuck In A Pot of Gold - Kid Craft

Craft Supplies:

  • Free Leprechaun Black Cauldron Printable – on box.com
  • Color Printer
  • White Cardstock Paper
  • Regular Sized Popsicle Sticks {two per pot of gold craft}
  • Yellow/Green Sharpie Markers
  • Black Cardstock
  • Basic Craft Scissors
  • optional materials – gold glitter, shamrock stickers etc.

Directions:

  • First things first – simply download and print the template above, listed in the supply list. Print ONE pot of gold template per craft you want to make. Set aside.
  • Now it’s time to make your leprechaun’s legs. Grab your two popsicle sticks and markers. Decorate the sticks however you like!
  • Next grab your black cardstock and scissors. Cut out TWO boots for the leprechaun.
  • Adhere those pieces to the decorated popsicle sticks.
  • Now the final step – glue your “legs” to the pot of gold.
  • Add other embellishments you see fit {like shamrock stickers or gold glitter!}
  • Once done, set aside to let it dry completely.
  • Then display your “Leprechaun Legs Stuck in Pot” paper piece proudly for all to see!

  • Color Printer
  • Sharpie Markers
  • 1 Scissors

Supplies:
