Craft Supplies:
Before you get started, gather the following supplies. Most of these are likely to be already lying around your home, and the rest can be found at your local craft store or online.
- Large Yellow Craft Foam Egg Shapes
- Blue, White and Gray Cardstock Paper
- Craft Scissors
- Adhesive
- Black Markers
Directions:
- First things first – grab ONE egg shape, your cardstock paper and scissors.
- Use your scissors to cut out a half circle shape for the overalls on the minion.
- Adhere it to your yellow egg cutout.
- From the remaining cardstock paper, cut out goggles and eyes.
- Finish off the egg minion craft with a black Sharpie marker for the facial embellishments on the minion. I went ahead and also added some hair.
Tips for Success:
- Don’t have craft foam egg shapes? We also have a FREE egg printable on our website as well. Just download and print it on yellow cardstock paper instead.
- For young children, pre-cut or set up materials and assist with glue application to avoid mess.
- Allow ample drying time between steps to avoid smearing paint or markers.
