Paper Heart Doily Puppy Valentine’s Day Cards
It’s a small gesture on Valentine’s Day that goes a long way!
If you are a long time follower of Glued To My Crafts, you probably know that I love to take ONE idea and flip/copy/paste it for another idea, just like that.
In fact, many of the tutorials you find on our blog, stem from one idea, that grew into MANY crafty ideas. At one point of time, I was known as the “paper plate queen.” True story! It’s amazing what I was able to create back then from a simple circle.
Anyways – back to this adorable puppy themed post! I took our Piggy Valentines that went live the other day {and has good traction on pageview traffic already!} and altered a few things to make puppies instead. Just like that – no hard steps along the way, I even used the SAME candy!
I promise you can do the same with ease with your child today!

So I’ll leave you like this my dear friends. Please click on over to the Paper Doily Piggy Valentines post. From there, you just need to change out the shape of the ears to make adorable puppies instead. Instead of triangles, it’s more like tear drop ears. That’s it.
Like I said – it’s really easy and it’s just matter of changing ONE thing to make a new ADORABLE masterpiece! You will still need the wiggle eyes and of course – the delicious heart shaped candy for the nose in the center.
I hope this paper doily dog card idea comes in handy for you and your child while trying to decide what to do for classroom valentines this year. I hope this idea {or any other idea I have shared along the years on this very site} make it to the final round!!!
Happy crafting, my friends!!! Don’t forget to share pictures of what you create, on our Facebook page when you are done! #gluedtomycrafts
