Santa Made From A Paper Doily
Whip up this super easy and festive kid’s Christmas craft idea in no time! All you need is some paper doilies, scissors, glue, and a little creativity. Your kids will love getting their hands dirty making these colorful Santa creations. Merry crafting!
Craft Supplies:
- Cardstock Paper
- Large Circular WHITE Paper Doily
- Skin Tone Paint
- Paint Brush
- School Glue
- Basic Craft Scissors
- Large Wiggle Eyes
- Large Red Pom Poms
Directions:
- First things first – take your red cardstock and have children cut a LARGE triangle out of it. It doesn’t need to be perfect at all. This is Santa’s body.
- Glue it to another sheet of cardstock {in a different shade of color – I used green}
- Now grab your paper doily. This is Santa’s beard and face. Take some skin tone paint and paint the inner circle part of the doily.
- Next glue that newly paint doily into the center of your cardstock with the red triangle.
- To finish off your Paper Doily Santa craft, add embellishments like wiggle eyes, pom pom nose and a belt towards the bottom to really tie it together.
- Once done, set aside to let it dry completely, before displaying proudly!
