Handprint Leaves Keepsake Craft

Autumn arrives in a VIBRANT blaze of color, with bright blue skies and beautiful foliage in shades of red & gold. It’s my absolute favorite time of year!

So you better believe, that’s exactly what inspired today’s Simplest Handprint Leaves Keepsake idea!!

The Simplest Handprint Leaves Keepsake For Kids To Make!

Make the MOST out of this lovely season by creating this one-of-a-kind keepsake with your child today!

It’s the perfect excuse to capture those little handprints {or footprints} in time, while celebrating this bountiful harvest!

The Simplest Handprint Leaves Keepsake

It’s even beautiful and super simple to achieve on a budget – I promise!!!

All you need is some white cardstock, craft paint {red, orange, yellow – colors of autumn} paint brushes, and a black thin-tip Sharpie to recreate!

Then simply squirt some paint on a paper plate, paint your child’s hand, press it on the white cardstock and clean off their little fingers with a baby wipe {repeat for EACH handprint leaf you want to make!}

Then once the paint is dry on your cardstock, use the thin-tip black Sharpie to draw on “leaf” embellishments.

Finally display {or store away in a scrapbook} proudly.

Then continue the crafty fun with our —> Leaf Fish In Paper Fishbowl tutorial!

Handprint Leaves Puppets - Fall Kid Craft Idea
