Craft Supplies:
- Egg Printable – on our landing page
- White Cardstock Paper
- Washable Yellow Craft Paint
- Paper Plate
- Paint Brush
- Baby Wipes
- Black Marker
- Orange Marker
Directions:
- First download and print the free hatching chick template printable on white cardstock paper.
- Now squirt some yellow craft paint on a paper plate.
- Pick one of your child’s hands.
- Paint your child’s fingers and thumb, and a little bit of their palm, yellow.
- Press it on the printable, on top of the hatching egg to make “baby birds.”
- Lift up their hand and clean off excess paint with a baby wipe & a trip to the sink.
