Circus Animal Cookie Popcorn Mix Ingredients:
* ½ cup un-popped popcorn kernels or 1 bag of popped popcorn (unbuttered)
* 2 cups of pink melting chocolate {or any other color you like}
* 2 cups Circus Animal Cookies, crushed
* 1 cup Colorful Sprinkles
Directions:
* First spread your popped popcorn onto a cookie sheet (or the counter) lined with parchment paper.
* Now take your crushed animal cookies & mix it with the popcorn on the cookie sheet. Set aside.
* In a bowl, melt your melting chips in the microwave. I melted mine in {2} 30 second intervals, stirring each time until it was fully melted. Don’t over melt it though. After the second 30 second interval, you should be able to stir it enough and it be melted while stirring.
* Grab a fork and drizzle the melted chocolate all over the popcorn mix, zig zagging back and forth to really cover everything.
* Next go ahead and grab your sprinkles and sprinkle them all over the mix.
* Allow your Popcorn Mix to cool and then break up a bit and enjoy! {psst – pretzels, salted peanuts are also great to add to this mix!!!}
