Craft Supplies:
- Jumbo Craft Sticks – 3 per craft
- Green Cardstock Paper
- Scrapbook Paper {for the center of the bouquet}
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Glue (craft glue or hot glue gun)
- Craft Ribbon
- Flower Stickers & Embellishments
Directions:
- Take three popsicle sticks and arrange them into a triangle shape. Glue the ends together to form the frame of the “pot.”
- Cut a piece of light brown patterned paper to fit inside the triangle. Glue it to the back of the popsicle stick frame.
- Tie a small bow using the light brown ribbon and glue it to the top edge of the triangle for a decorative touch.
- Trace your hand (or your child’s hand) onto a piece of green cardstock paper.
- Cut out the handprint carefully. This will act as the “leaves” and “stems” of the bouquet.
- Glue the green handprint to the back of the popsicle stick “pot,” so the fingers extend upward like stems.
- Attach the felt flowers to the tips of the fingers using glue.
- Add any extra decorations, like glitter, stickers, or a handwritten message.
- Let everything dry completely before displaying your masterpiece.
