Spooky fun begins with our latest Handprint Bat Keepsake craft idea for kids!
GRAB THE BAT FILE FROM BOX.COM
To recreate this “for the person I drive batty” bat keepsake craft, start off by printing out our provided file on a single sheet of WHITE cardstock paper. You will also need a single sheet of black cardstock paper, some crayons, a pair of scissors, a glue stick and a few other embellishments to bring the bat to life.
Start off by having kids color in the “moon” design in the printable using a yellow crayon.
Next up, help your child trace and trim out TWO black handprint cutouts. Glue them together {at the palms} to look like a bat. Go ahead and also help them add fangs & wiggle eyes so it can see.
Finally – glue the newly made handprint “batty” cutout to the center of the colored in moon design. Kids can then add any other embellishments they like to pull together that “spooky” theme.
