3-D Paper Flower Vase Craft Idea For Mother's Day

Mother’s Day Picture Frame Vase Craft For Kids To Make Today!

Mother’s Day is fast approaching, and for those seeking a heartfelt and imaginative expression of gratitude and affection from kids, look no further than a custom craft. Immerse in the spirit of the season with a vibrant array of spring blossoms.

Not only is this craft bursting with joy and color, but its three-dimensional design also adds an exquisite flair for an extraordinary gesture.

3-D Paper Flower Vase Craft Idea For Mother's Day

To bring to life this 3-d paper flower vase craft, simply print out provided “vase” printable on cardstock paper. We did a shade of tan for a terra cotta vase.

From there, you are going to trim out ONE of the designs and glue it to another piece of cardstock paper.

From there, you will cut about 6-8 six inch long strips and loop them for the flower petals. Finally, you will glue those {in a flower formation}  to the center of your vase design and then add your child’s photo to pull it all together.

For added flair decorate the pot with rhinestones and maybe even write a sentiment such as “thanks for helping me grow” or “you make me blossom” around the finished design. Whatever you decide to do, I hope you have fun recreating it this Mother’s Day season!

Always Ensure Adult Supervision - Young children should be supervised at all times when engaging in craft activities. This is essential to keep them safe and ensure materials are used correctly. Use Age-Appropriate Supplies - Choose craft supplies that are suitable for your child’s age. Check labels for recommendations and avoid items with small parts or sharp edges for younger children. Modify as Needed - Feel free to adapt materials or steps to meet your child's abilities and safety needs. For example, substitute scissors with safety scissors if necessary. Keep an Eye on Allergies - Be mindful of potential allergens in craft materials like glue, paint, or certain fabrics. Opt for non-toxic and hypoallergenic options whenever possible. Organize and Secure Supplies - Keep all craft tools and materials organized. Store sharp objects, small parts, and potentially hazardous items out of reach when not in use.
