Craft Supplies:

  • Large Paper Plate
  • Scissors
  • Brown Craft Paint
  • Paint Brush
  • Camel Printable – on our landing page
  • Light Brown Cardstock Paper
  • Wiggle Eyes
  • Glue

  • Wood Clothespins – 2 per craft

Directions:

  • First things first – cut your paper plate in half. Straight up the center to create two equal sized pieces.

  • Next grab your brown craft paint and use the brush to paint your triangle piece completely. Set aside.
  • While that is drying, grab your printable and scissors.
  • Cut out ONE of the camel head shapes from the paper.
  • Glue a wiggle eye in place.
  • Now we are heading towards the final steps! To finish off the Paper Plate Camel – staple the head piece onto the painted triangle shape.
  • Follow that up by “pinching” the two wood clothespins to the paper plate as well. These are the legs.
  • Go ahead and add any other embellishments you see fit to complete the look.
