If you’re looking for an easy and fun craft that kids of all ages can enjoy, then you’ll love this “Popsicle Stick Smart Cookie” craft!

It’s a creative way to get your little ones interested in exploring their artistic side. All you need are some basic supplies: popsicle sticks, paint, glue – and maybe even some googly eyes if they want to add extra personality.

Easy & Fun Popsicle Stick Smart Cookie Craft

This fun activity is not only an easy and creative way to keep kids occupied, but it’ll also make learning easy and entertaining.

Easy & Fun Popsicle Stick Smart Cookie Craft

Gather the supplies listed below so you can join in on some crafting fun today!

Craft Supplies:

  • Glasses Printable – on our landing page
  • White Cardstock Paper
  • Crayons or Markers
  • Scissors
  • Jumbo Popsicle Sticks – 9 per craft
  • School Glue
  • Small Paper Plate
  • Brown Craft Paint
  • Black Craft Paint
  • Q-Tips
  • Paint Brush
  • Googly Eyes – 2 per craft

Directions:

  • First assemble the base of your chocolate chip cookie by gluing your popsicle sticks together to look like a fence {seven next to each other and two across the back.}
  • Set it aside to let it dry completely.
  • Repeat for each cookie you want to make.
  • Next go ahead and print out our free provided printable listed above in the supply list. One print gives you FOUR opportunities to do this craft.
  • Once printed out, go ahead and color in one of the designs & trim it out with scissors.
  • Set aside the paper cutout for now.
  • Next grab your assembled popsicle stick shape and the two paint colors.
  • Use the paint brush to paint the flat side of wood piece completely brown.
  • Now use a q-tip to paint on dotted “chocolate chips” all over.
  • To finish off the Popsicle Stick Cookie, glue on the glasses, add on the wiggle eyes and {in you choose} draw on a smile with the same q-tip from earlier!
  • Then set it all aside {again} to allow it to dry completely before displaying proudly!
