Out of all the Fish - Goldfish First Day of School Snack Idea

Goldfish First Day of School Snack Idea

My teachers friends! Today’s post is something I had in mind, just for YOU!

This “of all the little fish in the sea” gift tag printable is perfect for you to gift to your children heading back to class in the coming weeks.

Think open house events and those first days in the classroom.

You can easily pair these printed fishbowl pieces, designed by me, with little bags of cheddar Goldfish {like I did} or any “fish” themed trinket. Fish shaped gummies {such as red Swedish fish} are great as well for this gift idea!

So teachers – let’s get to it! Celebrate the first day of school by gifting your students a little something that will ease those pesky jitters AND make them feel special on the first day back. Please take advantage of the FREE FISH THEMED CARD PRINTABLE provided in today’s post! Keep scrolling on this page to find the FREE download below!

SUPPLIES & DIRECTIONS:

This gift tag and card printable can be paired with anything “fish” related on the first day of school. Honestly the possibilities are endless with this gesture! I personally love the idea of a small snack size bag of Goldfish since most to all kids love eating them. It’s also a great alternative to candy. You could even skip all that and just give the “print” as a card, as is {afterall – a heartfelt note can impact someone just as much as tangible items!}

To use this free “back to school fish themed” printable just grab the file from box.com, print in color on white cardstock and trim out each section to make FOUR cards or gift tags total. Attach each printed piece to a cardstock card front or use them as gift tags instead Then gift away!

Remember – you can also add your own embellishments to your cardstock pieces, to really make it your own! {like glitter, rhinestones or even stickers!!!}

BTW – thanks to LisaMarkleSparkles on Etsy for the awesome fish bowl clipart in this print!

JUST A FEW NOTES:

And dear friends – although I love sharing these printables on Glued To My Crafts, there are some rules to follow so I’m able to keep offering these great freebies on my blog for years to come.

Just like with all my free printables – please only print these for personal use. This Fishbowl and Goldfish Themed – Gift Tag and Card Printable can also be used for home decor, gifts, scrapbooking, cardmaking etc. But please – no altering, selling or claiming as your own. Also no business or commercial use either. When sharing these on the internet – please link directly to this page and not to the download area on box.com. Following these simple rules allows us to continue sharing our ideas for free. Thank you! #gluedtomycrafts

Craft Activity Safety Guidelines:

Always Ensure Adult Supervision - Young children should be supervised at all times when engaging in craft activities. This is essential to keep them safe and ensure materials are used correctly. Use Age-Appropriate Supplies - Choose craft supplies that are suitable for your child’s age. Check labels for recommendations and avoid items with small parts or sharp edges for younger children. Modify as Needed - Feel free to adapt materials or steps to meet your child's abilities and safety needs. For example, substitute scissors with safety scissors if necessary. Keep an Eye on Allergies - Be mindful of potential allergens in craft materials like glue, paint, or certain fabrics. Opt for non-toxic and hypoallergenic options whenever possible.
